Privacy Policy

1. The data controller for personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Data) processed in connection with the implementation of the Terms and Conditions is Dermoelite Sp. z o. o., located in Warsaw at the address: ul. Grójecka 194/U12, 02-390 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID: 7010995181, National Court Register (KRS) 0000856786, (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator). Contact with the Administrator is possible by mail at the headquarters address or via email: biuro@dermoelite.pl

2. The Administrator processes the Data solely for the purposes necessary to:

a) Enter into a product sales agreement under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 dated April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC;

b) A legally justified interest in responding to potential complaints, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR;

c) Send commercial information or for direct marketing purposes under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR;

3. For the purposes specified in these Terms and Conditions, the following consumer/buyer data are processed: first name, contact telephone number, email address.

4. Personal data of consumers/buyers will be processed until the expiration of claims related to the sales contract.

5. Consumer/buyer data may be processed longer than stated in the preceding point, if necessary to consider complaints or other forms of claims submitted by consumers/buyers, as well as for the purposes of potential court or administrative proceedings.

6. Data are protected with technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of protection, in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. The Administrator does not acquire Data from third parties or from publicly available sources and processes only Data provided by the User.

8. Personal data obtained from consumers/buyers will be transferred to data processors acting on behalf of the Seller, involved in performing the Seller’s duties and activities, i.e.:

a) Entities delivering the purchased products;

b) Entities responsible for the proper conduct of the purchasing process.

9. Consumers/buyers have the right to:

a) Obtain information about the processing of personal data, including the categories of data processed and potential data recipients;

b) Request the correction of incorrect personal data or the completion of incomplete data;

c) Request the deletion or restriction of processing of personal data – the request will be met if the legal requirements for such a request are fulfilled;

d) Transfer personal data – by receiving the data from the Administrator in a format that allows it to be transferred to a selected third party;

e) Submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw – in case it is determined that personal data are processed contrary to the law.

11. Providing personal data, for the purpose of sending commercial information or direct marketing, is voluntary, but necessary to receive information related to cooperation or purchases.
