• Zinc Oxide 6% – acts as a mineral sunscreen, meaning that it reflects and scatters ultraviolet (UV) radiation, rather than simply absorbing it as many chemical sunscreens do. As a result, zinc oxide has the ability to protect over a wide range of UV rays, covering both UVA (400-320 nm) and UVB (320-290 nm), as well as HEV and IR.
  Reflecting and scattering UV rays results in less energy reaching the epidermis and dermis, which in turn reduces the risk of cellular damage. It is considered the safest sunscreen for sensitive, damaged skin prone to erythema and hyperpigmentation.

Daily application: Apply the cream in the morning care to the face, neck and décolleté, massaging gently.

Reapplication: In sun-exposed conditions, reapply every 2 hours and after contact with water or sweating.

Additional recommendation: To prevent premature skin ageing, apply sunscreen daily throughout the year, regardless of sun exposure (UV radiation also penetrates clouds and glass).
Use vitamin C-based preparations with high antioxidant potential (antioxidants with different lipophilicity) under the sunscreen. The use of SPF creams not only protects the skin from premature ageing, but also enhances the effectiveness of cosmeceuticals applied under SPF.

Studies showed that resveratrol at a concentration of 1% showed a strong protective effect on skin cells exposed to oxidative stress from UVB radiation. It protected keratinocytes (epidermal cells) from free radical damage. Resveratrol significantly reduced the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-6 and TNF-α, in skin cells after UVB exposure. This indicates its anti-inflammatory effects may be beneficial in the prevention and treatment of inflammatory skin conditions. The study also reported an antimicrobial effect of resveratrol, which may be helpful in the fight against skin bacteria and infections.
